Unicorn Cab Franc from Germany? Yeah, didn't think those words would ever leave my mouth, but here we are. Spicy, green bell pepper for days, and despite its origin, this registers as a classic Cabernet Franc. An otherworldly rendition too. Green phenolics, juicy but nicely structured, refined and classy tannin. Wow. Wow. Wow. Come for the Pinot, stay for the Franc. JUST A SINGLE.
